Most of you know that I like schwag. Well, if you didn't, now you do. In fact, I like it so much that I decided it's only fair to highlight the schwag I score then give a plug to the people who provide schwag to me. So if you're looking for some nice publicity (or free reputation management) and want to make someone smile, My New Office Chair: Google Beanbag Chair 20th December, 2007
For some reason, some people at Google forgot to acknowledge that I work from home and not in the middle of nowhere the mountains in upstate New York. Therefore, I drove the 45 minutes to RustyBrick to pick up this awesome Google Beanbag Chair which will now be my office chair. The bag is huge! We almost couldn’t close the trunk of my car because it really is bigger than it appears. But fortunately, the size makes for its comfort. Beanbag chairs are really comfy and since I never really sat in one until the Google Dance this past summer, I really craved one. (By the way, yes, I’m serious about the office chair since I don’t really have a good chair or desk at this time and my computer is a laptop, after all).
I think I owe thanks to Frank the Tank and for this one (except that he actually had my home address, so I don’t get it), Matt Cutts, and Google for this one. Thanks guys!

Believe it or not, I was searching for “schwag beanbag chair” and stumbled on your post.
Since we moved to a new office and I’m trying to lighten the mood a bit (and my back is killing me!) I was looking for a beanbag chair.
So… what is the verdict? Is the Google beanbag really comfy?

Believe it or not, it actually is pretty comfy. But it’s not the same kind of beanbag chair that you may be used to from the Google party at SES San Jose — those are a lot bigger. Still, though, once you find a comfy position with these, they actually aren’t that bad
