iNetWord WiFi Detector

Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011

iNetWord is a Firefox and Internet Explorer online editor with lots of features. But it also means that my Chrome browser is not supported. However, I am able to benefit from iNetWord’s nice wifi detector, a keychain that notifies me if I’m within range of a wifi access point. Sweet.

Motivators USB Hub and Wifi Pen

Monday, August 10th, 2009

Okay, so Motivators, a promotional products company, sent me some of the coolest promotional products I’ve ever received. Seriously. These are usable and don’t just have that pen/t-shirt/cup appeal — sure, those were great and all (and I still have more to come), but these are just innovative and different, and you don’t see many people giving them away.

As a gadget geek (check the next post), having a USB hub is critical. And since you can daisy chain 127 USB items to each other, you can’t possibly run out of USB hubs. Here’s a fun Tangle USB hub:

Then we have a video of me and the wi-fi detecting ballpoint pen, now with more baby. My son is crying in the background. Yes, I took care of him after the video wrapped up. 😉

I also got a recycled cardboard journal and notepad— but I can’t for the life of me find it for a photo even though I’m pretty sure I photographed it awhile ago. I can’t find the photo either!

Thanks so much, Motivators!
